I firmly believe this applies to customers as well as others. I work hard at attracting the customers I want and who want my services. I rarely try to “close” a sales call, and I rarely follow up because I beleive in the process of attraction, and I respect my customers ability and desire to make decisions that are best for them. This is what I believe is truly excellent customer service. If I do my job correctly and professionally and demonstrate my competence, the customer’s decision is very easy, and they will choose to do business with my company at a very high rate.

We’ve survived numerous recessions, Hurricane Katrina and the relocation it forced, a difficult divorce, and even the effects of the last space shuttle disaster. (While operating in New Orleans, we used to wash the tankers of a major supplier of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen used in the space shuttle program.)
We feel so grateful and blessed to have made it through all of this adversity and could not have done so without a commitment to hard work, excellence, perseverance, delivering great value, and great customer service. We thank God, our present, past, and future customers, our suppliers, and of course family and friends who have helped us achieve this accomplishment.

I was quite excited to publish a new blog for the first time on my new laptop. So I downloaded the app. Unfortunately I do not like the way this app works. So I guess this is all I have to say today. I will continue to play around with this app and hopefully learn more about how to use it.
